Out of hours, please telephone the normal surgery number (01527) 550111 and an answerphone message will provide the contact number for the vet on duty. The veterinary surgeon will offer advice and may arrange to meet you at the surgery.
Overnight Provision
Due to an increasing demand for the provision of constant overnight monitoring for any critical patients, within a small practice, this level of cover is difficult to achieve by ourselves. As a result, we have enlisted the support of Willows Veterinary Centre who provide a dedicated emergency team, for continuous monitoring overnight.
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays until 6pm
Cover will be provided by our dedicated vets and nurses at Southcrest Veterinary Centre.

Our weekend open surgeries for sick patients will remain as usual.
We have found that the vast majority of calls are before 11pm, and we would encourage you to phone earlier rather than later if you are worried about your pet.
Both surgeries offer home visits where necessary, although our surgeries offer the best facilities for investigations and treatment.
As many practices are outsourcing ALL their out-of-hours cover to emergency practices within cities, (often at a considerable distance), we are committed to maintaining the traditional and ethical values of our profession by providing your pets with the best standards of care here at our surgery or providing options available as locally as possible.
